Mumbai, April 1 -- In a press release dated 31 March 2026, the company said its provisional turnover rose to Rs 6,400 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 5,076 crore in the previous year. It also declared an interim dividend of 129%, higher than 89.5% in FY25.

During the year, the shipbuilder delivered eight vessels to the Indian Navy, including advanced frigates and anti-submarine warfare crafts. It also commissioned five vessels and highlighted progress in export orders and upcoming defence contracts.

The stock had declined 9.44% over the previous two sessions but remains up 30.87% over the past one year.
