Mumbai, Sept. 11 -- The initial public offer of Glass Wall Systems (India) received bids for 1,34,37,28,588 shares as against 1,64,57,298 shares on offer. The issue was subscribed 81.65 times.

The qualified institutional buyers' (QIB) portion was subscribed 167.93 times, while the non-institutional investors' (NII) category was subscribed 79.71 times. The retail individual investors' (RII) segment was subscribed 33.18 times.

The issue opened for bidding on 8 September 2026 and closed on 10 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 172 and 182 per share.

The offer comprises fresh issue of equity shares of Rs 2 each aggregating to Rs 60 crore and an offer for sale of 20213722 equity shares. The offer for sale componen...
