Mumbai, Oct. 8 -- The new subsidiary is incorporated with an objective of providing software development, information technology consultancy, network services, information technology support services and artificial intelligence-related services.

FRACTAL AI QFZ LLC has been incorporated as a limited liability company with a share capital of QAR 100,000, comprising 10,000 equity shares of QAR 10 each. The subsidiary is wholly owned by Fractal, through which Fractal Analytics indirectly holds 100% of the entity.
