Mumbai, Aug. 20 -- Expo Engineering and Projects has allotted 18,12,859 equity shares on conversion of warrants on receipt of balance 75% of the issue price of warrants. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 2,59,42,115 equity shares of Rs 4 each.
