Mumbai, Aug. 21 -- Engineers India has fixed 29 August 2025 as record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive final dividend of Rs 2/- per share (on face value of Rs 5/ each) for the FY 2024-25, if declared.
