Mumbai, Oct. 28 -- The United States added an average of 16,750 jobs in the week ending October 10, according to a preliminary report published by Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP) on Tuesday.
Employment growth slowed from 18,500 recorded in the week prior. In September, the number of private payrolls in the US went up by 90,000.
