Mumbai, April 1 -- U.S. house prices recorded a slight increase in January, rising by 0.1 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis, according to data from the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). On an annual basis, prices were up 1.6 percent compared to January 2025.
The agency also revised December's figures, with the monthly price change adjusted higher from 0.1 percent to 0.3 percent, indicating slightly stronger momentum than initially reported.
