Mumbai, Oct. 23 -- Private sector activity in the United Kingdom expanded further in October, according to a preliminary report published by S&P Global on Friday.
The PMI Composite Output Index rose to 53.1 from 52.0 in September, reaching its highest level since February. The services PMI rose to an eight-month high, landing at 53.1, while the manufacturing PMI increased from 51.9 in September to 52.8 in October.
