Mumbai, Oct. 1 -- House prices in the United Kingdom decreased by 0.8% in September, the latest Nationwide House Price Index published on Thursday showed. The figure fell from August, when it stood at 1.6%.
The report said the average price, not seasonally adjusted, fell from £275,465 to £274,251, while the monthly index was 548.3.
