Mumbai, July 17 -- The annual inflation rate in the Eurozone reached 2.8% in June, going down from 3.2% registered in May and matching preliminary numbers, the European Commission's statistical office Eurostat revealed in its final report published on Friday. In the European Union, the figure stood at 2.9%, decreasing from May's 3.3%. Compared to the previous month, the rate went down 0.1% in both the euro area and the EU.
