Dr Agarwals Health Care allots 43,155 equity shares under ESOS

Mumbai, July 9 -- Dr Agarwals Health Care has allotted 43,155 equity shares under ESOS on 09 July 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 31,70,26,183 equity shares of Re 1 each.
