Mumbai, April 8 -- Dr Agarwals Health Care has allotted 1,50,282 equity shares under ESOS on 08 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 31,69,57,788 consisting of 31,69,57,778 equity shares of Re 1 each.
