Mumbai, July 27 -- The initial public offer of Cube Highway Trust InvIT 34,77,38,760 units received bids as against 13,65,89,480 units on offer. The issue was subscribed 2.55 times.

Demand was primarily driven by qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), whose portion was subscribed 4.13 times. Meanwhile, the other corporate investors category was subscribed 0.64 times.

The issue opened for bidding on 22 July 2026 and it will close on 24 July 2026. The price band of the IPO was fixed at Rs 151 per unit to 152 per unit.

The InvIT's initial public offering (IPO) comprises an offer for sale (OFS) of units aggregating up to Rs 5,000 crore.
