Mumbai, July 2 -- The EIA stated yesterday that US crude oil refinery inputs averaged 17.2 million barrels per day during the week ending June 26, 2026, which was 85 thousand barrels per day more than the previous week's average. Refineries operated at 96.6% of their operable capacity last week. Gasoline production increased last week, averaging 10.0 million barrels per day. Distillate fuel production decreased, averaging 5.2 million barrels per day.
The US crude oil imports averaged 5.3 million barrels per day last week, decreased by 291 thousand barrels per day from the previous week. Over the past four weeks, crude oil imports averaged about 5.5 million barrels per day, 10.9% less than the same four-week period last year. Total motor ga...
