Mumbai, Sept. 9 -- Coforge announced the resignation of Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairperson of the Company, O P Bhatt (DIN: 00548091) with immediate effect.

The company's board has decided to designate Vivek Sharma, Non-Executive Independent Director, as interim Chairperson of the company till 31 January 2027.
