Mumbai, July 28 -- Coforge has allotted 2,29,681 equity shares under ESOP on 16 July 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 44,29,20,492 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs 88,58,40,984.
