Mumbai, Oct. 28 -- The board of Chemiesynth Vapi at its meeting held on 28 October 2026 has considered and approved the allotment of one crore Unlisted Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS) of face value of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 10 crore on a private placement basis under the first tranche, pursuant to the approval of the members of the Company and receipt of subscription money.
