The counter hit a high of Rs 94.50 and a low of Rs 90. About 16.99 lakh shares changed hands on the BSE.

Carver Roboweld's IPO was subscribed 24.06 times. The IPO opened for subscription on 28 October 2026 and closed on 30 October 2026. The price band was Rs 76-80 per share.

The IPO comprised an entirely fresh issue of 35.36 lakh equity shares aggregating to approximately Rs 28.29 crore.

The company raised Rs 7.97 crore from anchor investors on 27 October 2026 through the allocation of 9.97 lakh equity shares at Rs 80 per share.
