Mumbai, Aug. 14 -- OnoMagic, a partially owned subsidiary (through OMS - 100% owned direct subsidiary) of Brightcom Group (Brightcom), has acquired the remaining ownership interest in The Perspective, taking its ownership in the digital publishing platform to 100%.
