Mumbai, Oct. 21 -- Bonfiglioli Transmissions received bids for 1,39,46,56,825 shares as against 3,02,82,330 shares on offer. The issue was subscribed 46.06 times.

The qualified institutional buyers' (QIB) portion was subscribed 120.78 times, while the non-institutional investors' (NII) category was subscribed 40.40 times. The retail individual investors' (RII) segment was subscribed 5.91 times.

The issue opened for bidding on 15 October 2026 and closed on 19 October 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 558 and 586 per share.

The offer comprised only an offer for sale (OFS) of 4,32,39,042 equity shares of Rs 10 each by the promoter, Bonfiglioli S.p.A.
