Mumbai, Nov. 2 -- Bondada Engineering announced the acquisition of BTM Mobility (formerly known as Thuraga Motors) by Atpole Technologies, a subsidiary of the company.

BTM Mobility is engaged in the manufacturing and assembly of

electric two-wheelers, along with associated components and original equipment. The Company is also involved in the design and development of electric vehicle technologies, representing a strategic forward integration of its existing BLDC motor manufacturing capabilities.

The acquisition marks a significant milestone in the strategic expansion of the Bondada Group into the manufacturing and assembly of electric two-wheelers, including associated components and original equipment.
