Mumbai, Nov. 3 -- Bombay Coated & Special Steels received bids for 1,00,47,51,020 shares as against 1,65,33,012 shares on offer. The issue was subscribed 60.77 times.

The qualified institutional buyers' (QIB) portion was subscribed 35.50 times, while the non-institutional investors' (NII) category was subscribed 158.32 times. The retail individual investors' (RII) segment was subscribed 33.73 times.

The issue opened for bidding on 27 October 2026 and closed on 29 October 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 78 and 82 per share.

The IPO comprised only fresh issue of equity shares of Rs 10 face value, aggregating Rs 183 crore.
