Mumbai, May 13 -- ZF Commercial Vehicle Contl.Sys.India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.4 per share (i.e.80%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
