Mumbai, Aug. 27 -- The board of Waaree Renewable Technologies at its meeting held on 27 August 2026 has approved the transfer of the Company's entire shareholding in Waaree Green Data Centers (formerly known as Sunsantional Energy) (wholly owned subsidiary) to Waaree Energies, the holding company of the company.
