Mumbai, July 9 -- Tata Consultancy Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 12 per equity Share (i.e. 1200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
