Mumbai, Jan. 29 -- Styrenix Performance Materials announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 January 2026, has recommended a Second Interim Dividend of Rs.23 per share (i.e.230%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
