Mumbai, Nov. 3 -- The board of Minda Corporation at its meeting held on 03 November 2026 has approved an additional investment of up to Rs 37 crore in Minda HCMF Technologies, a joint venture company of the Company with HCMF Co., (shareholding ratio 50:50), by way of subscription to 3 (Three) crore equity shares of Rs 10 each. Pursuant to the proposed allotment, the Company's total investment in the joint venture will increase to approx. Rs. 60 crore, comprising of approx. 6 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
