Mumbai, May 15 -- Indian Hume Pipe Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
