Mumbai, July 22 -- The board of HEG at its meeting held on 22 July 2026 has noted that the Company has applied to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for reservation of the proposed name "HEG Advanced Materials" in connection with the proposed change of its name from HEG Limited and the proposed name has been reserved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for a period of 60 days from the date of its approval.
