Mumbai, April 24 -- The board of Chalet Hotels at its meeting held on 24 April 2026 has approved the acquisition of Seasons Hotels, owning company of a 144 room hotel viz. Inder Residency Resort & Spa, Udaipur in the state

of Rajasthan for a consideration of Rs.171 crore.
