Mumbai, April 30 -- Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.7.50 per share (i.e.375%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
