Mumbai, July 13 -- Bandhan Bank has allotted 23,165 equity shares under ESOP on 13 July 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 16,11,10,11,650 /- comprising of 1,61,11,01,165 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
