Mumbai, March 6 -- Bajaj Electricals has allotted 2,273 equity shares under ESOP on 06 March 2026. Post this allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company shall comprise of 11,53,90,713 equity shares of Rs. 2 each fully paid-up amounting to Rs. 23,07,81,426/-.
