Mumbai, July 21 -- Axis Bank has allotted 116,524 equity shares under ESOP on 21 July 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 6,222,166,390 (3,111,083,195 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
