Mumbai, June 4 -- Avenue Supermarts has allotted 66,365 equity shares under ESOS on 04 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 6,522,301,570/- divided into 652,230,157 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each upon allotment.
