Mumbai, June 22 -- Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. (Aurobindo USA), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, today announced that it has received approval from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to proceed with the acquisition of Lannett Company LLC (Lannett).
