Mumbai, Aug. 10 -- The initial public offer of Ardee Industries received bids for 7,80,88,19,433 shares as against 5,84,22,516 shares on offer. The issue was subscribed 133.66 times.

The non-institutional investors (NII) category was subscribed 255.24 times, the qualified institutional buyers' (QIBs) portion was subscribed 197.77 times and the retail individual investors category was subscribed 45.71 times.

The issue opened for bidding on 05 August 2026 and it closed on 07 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 50 and 53 per share.
