Mumbai, July 17 -- Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 2,90,715 equity shares under ESOP on 17 July 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 27,36,10,71,950 (i.e. 2,73,61,07,195 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each).
