Mumbai, Oct. 6 -- Adani Power and Druk Green Power Corp. (DGPC), Bhutan's state-owned generation utility, signed the Shareholders Agreement (SHA) for setting up a 770 MW Chamkharchhu-I Hydroelectric Project in the Kingdom of Bhutan.
