Mumbai, Sept. 20 -- Aadhar Housing Finance has allotted 50,620 equity shares under ESOP on 20 September 2025. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 4,33,09,27,320 (43,30,92,732 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10/- each).
