Nairobi, Oct. 6 -- Kenyan investors will need at least Sh107,000 to buy shares in Nigeria's Dangote Petroleum Refinery initial public offering through a financial instrument, which will be listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE).

The higher minimum is set to lock out a significant share of retail investors from the Lagos-based refinery IPO, which is being sold to local investors via an instrument known as global depository receipts (GDRs).
