Nairobi, Sept. 6 -- The rise of AI-generated CVs, fake portfolios, real-time interview assistants and deepfake identities is making employers extra keen to verify that the person on the screen is the one they are hiring and possesses the skills they claim to have.
The use of AI in job applications goes beyond candidates, as employers are also turning to the technology to make recruitment faster.
