Court backs elite school for firing official over sexual harassment
Nairobi, June 9 -- High-end St Andrew's School-Turi has won a court battle over its decision to dismiss a long-serving supervisor accused of sexually harassing and abusing junior female employees.
The Employment and Labour Relations Court found that the elite institution acted lawfully after conducting extensive internal investigations.
In a judgment delivered in Nakuru, the court upheld the dismissal of Mr JMG, who had worked at the school for 26 years and risen through the ranks from workshop attendant to senior school supervisor.
