Nairobi, Nov. 2 -- The High Court has dismissed ABC Bank's attempt to stop fresh criminal investigations into a disputed Sh200 million loan transaction and the bank's subsequent sale of two properties used as security.

The bank wanted the court to prohibit the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) from continuing to probe allegations that a borrower, Mohammed Aden Barre, and his wife did not sign the loan documents used to support the 2012 loan transaction.
