Srinagar, March 28 -- Commissioner Secretary Cooperatives, Yasha Mudgal today chaired a meeting at Civil Secretariat here to review the performance of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) registered under the Central Sector Scheme across Jammu and Kashmir.
