Srinagar, March 18 -- Commissioner Secretary, Cooperatives, Yasha Mudgal on Wednesday chaired a review meeting at Civil Secretariat here to evaluate the current operational status and liquidation roadmap of the Jammu & Kashmir State Cooperative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank (J&KSCARD Bank).
