Srinagar, October 5, Oct. 5 -- Weather conditions across Jammu and Kashmir are expected to undergo a change from Tuesday after a prolonged dry spell and unusually warm temperatures. The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has forecast thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds at some places, along with the possibility of rain. Higher-altitude areas may also receive light snowfall. According to the latest weather forecast, Monday is likely to remain mostly dry.
