Srinagar, Nov 8, Nov. 9 -- A fresh Western Disturbance is expected to affect Jammu and Kashmir with the possibility of heavy rain or snowfall in the Valley on November 10, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Sunday. The IMD has forecast isolated to scattered rainfall over Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh on November 10, followed by fairly widespread to widespread precipitation between November 11 and 13."Isolated heavy rainfall/snowfall likely over Kashmir valley on 12th November," the MeT said.Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and winds reaching 40-50 kmph, with gusts of up to 60 kmph, are also expected at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh between November 10 and 13.The IMD's regional forecast also indicated ...
