Wokha , Mar 20, March 21 -- Lt Gen Abhijit S Pendharkar, General Officer Commanding of the Spear Corps, on Friday laid the foundation stone for a war memorial at Wokha to honour soldiers from the region who made the supreme sacrifice during the Indo-Pak War of 1971.
