Srinagar, Sep 17, Sept. 18 -- Police have registered a an FIR against a resident of Upper Barji, Harwan, for making and circulating a video containing concocted allegations against a Revenue Department official. The video subsequently went viral on social media platforms without verifying version of the said official who was performing his duty on the spot.
